Job Title:German speaking Sales Administrator
Skills:Fluent German, SAP, Sales Admin experience

Location: London
You will be responsible for co-ordinating information between sales managers and the factories to ensure that goods flow in a timely fashion to their customers.
Duties include:
- Processing purchase orders received from customers, liaising with accounting and Technical Departments on any issues regarding the customer orders
- Creating and managing delivery schedules, liaising with Freight Forwarders to ensure the compliance of shipments to delivery dates as per Customers requirements
- Forecasting shipment requests, checking invoices produced by the accounting department and in a variety of other support duties.
- Maintaining records of past sales, customer and competitors profiles as well as updating price lists.
Person profile:
- Customer service experience
Firsthand operational experience of SAP and Microsoft Windows.
