French Speaking Inside Sales Channel Manager, Newcastle

Responsible for working with the Resellers of the Client, building and maintaining relationships in order to increase Client revenue. To liaise with all Client departments in their operations as well as liaising with their distributors. To communicate the Client channel marketing strategy and to influence the Reseller’s business focus towards a more Client centred strategy.

Develop revenue for allocated Resellers with specific focus on the SMB segment.
Responsible for updating the Client Contact Management Database.
Ensure that team and individual targets are achieved and exceeded as detailed by the Client and agreed by both parties.
Production of weekly forecasts.
Act as point of contact for the assigned Resellers to assist in closing network and voice opportunities.
Ensure optimum levels of quality through all sales and marketing activities.
Develop and maintain relevant industry and client specific knowledge.
Utilize tools, systems and processes effectively and correctly in order to meet client objectives.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in related field from a four-year college or university with one to four years related sales experience; or
Equivalent combination of education and two years networking or telephony experience in a Channel environment, or relevant B2B sales experience with a high technology environment.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

One to four years related experience, preferably within a channel/end user environment, IT sector experience desirable, but not required.
Sales acumen, able to drive effective strategies and practices to generate revenue and client satisfaction.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey information using oral, written and presentation methods.
Interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop effective relationships at a variety of levels both within the team, with customers and the client.
Business acumen, to understand and add value to the customer’s business model.
Account management skills including planning, negotiation, innovation and problem solving skills to attain goal achievement.
To be adaptive to fit within client’s culture and to adjust to team dynamic.
Flexible and resourceful to establish goals using appropriate resources.
To work independently, proactively and professionally.
Proficient in use of Microsoft office suite and web.
Basic knowledge of networking.
Fluency in English and French
