Are you a highly motivated Sales person with strong Customer Service/Account Management skills?
We are seeking a Sales Executive to manage an established client base but will also be required to develop new contacts worldwide to help achieve monthly targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales backgroung and will be expected to generate new business and to meet and exceed remarketing targets.
Responsibilities:
• To expand and develop IT product knowledge and pricing awareness
• Collaboration of stock on mailers
• Work in accordance to daily targets set out by the Sector Manager
• To ensure you meet/exceed individual / sector team monthly targets as outlined by your sector manager
• Operating in accordance with company and legal procedures
• Negotiate, process, progress and complete sales orders with new/existing customers
• Ensure that customer accounts are maintained and up to date
• Generate new orders and new accounts correctly, in line with company procedures
• Ensure all new accounts are setup/maintained correctly
• Provide a door to door service offering to the customer
• Maintain inter-departmental spreadsheets for records purposes.
• Ensure customer payments are received to full order value before releasing goods for dispatch
• Maintain effective communication with your sector manager, customers and colleagues
• To understand pricing and seek advice when/where necessary
• Ensure orders are paid in full/ invoiced / dispatched promptly
• Keep on top holding orders
• To liase effectively with the administration team
• To deal with customer queries regarding stock/pricing in a professional and prompt manner
• To respond to emails/fax/telephone enquiries promptly and positively
• To work in a clean, clear and organised working environment
About you:
• Have at least one European language as well as fluent English
• A professional sales background
• Be posiive, energised and committed
• Be proactive and target driven.
• Be accountable for decision-making
• Thrives in a fast-moving sales environment
• Be personable and focussed on Customer Excellence
• Be able to identify and explore new sales initiatiatives
• An excellent and persuasive communicator
• Strong team player
• Quick learner
• Have competent IT skills and be numerate
