This is a great opportunity for a top level Executive Assistant, who supported at the VP, CEO/CFO or Board level, comes from an Investment Bank,other Professional services or a top Energy/Natural Resources company and is able to take initiative and make a new dynamic role their own!

They are now looking for a bright individual to join their close-nit team in London as an Executive Assistant to one of the top executives in the company, who is responsible for the European and Eastern European operations. The role is very fast-paced, involving and demanding, and will be the most suitable for the candidate who can really make it their own by taking more responsibilities. Apart from standard EA duties, you will be expected to take upon the Office Management function, participate in projects, sometimes travel abroad, liaise with clients and deal with their growing operations. You will be expected to become an ambassador for your professional, very hard-working and ambitious boss, whose main idea is to grow the company even bigger and not to worry about the organisational part of it. He values intelligent approach to any situation, efficiency and quick thinking.
You will be a career EA with ability to involve and develop by taking more responsibilities with ability to talk at all levels and represent the company at meetings. You will be a degree educated candidate with experience in an Investment bank or a top Energy or Natural Resources company. You have to have experience supporting at the highest level.
