German and Dutch speaking Assistant Account Manager
My client is looking for a German and Dutch speaking assistant account manager to provide support to the European Relationship Manager in co-ordination of service delivery to Pan European clients principally headquartered in Dutch and / or German speaking territories.This will involve liaising with different departments (EU Sales, Relationship Management, Operations, Bureau services, Trading Desk, Analytics and Strategy) in order to deliver services in a timely and effective way.The role would also involve the management of some assigned country/countries accounts on behalf of other European Account Coordinators where these accounts are decentralised.
Profile:
· Fluent in both German and Dutch as well as English, both written and spoken
· Previous experience in client management
· Able to present professionally through clear and structured communication.
· Fluent in expressing thoughts and commercial ideas, and the ability to sell yourself and the value based service offering.
· Good commercial awareness including profit & loss understanding.
· Capability to engage and effectively work with staff in other functions within the business.
· Astuteness at observing the key drivers to success of high value B2B relationships.
· Persuasive, brings people around to their way of thinking.
· Ability to manage a number of client accounts and ensure agreed business objectives are achieved.
· Excellent in the management of process and detailed information.
· Complete finisher with focus on performance outcomes.
· Ability to drive to an agreed solution.
