B2B Customer Service Co-ordinator, Fashion co

£20-£24K depending on experience

Amazing opportunity with a fashion company in their fantastic offices. Do you have a real passion for customer service (B2B) and have some experience in the fashion or luxury goods market? Do you want to use your experience in sales administration or in the order to delivery cycle? Great team and product.

You will provide the highest level of customer service to Business 2 Business accounts either on the telephone, fax or via e-mail, working very closely with internal stakeholders and ensuring the order to cash flow is followed in the correct manner.

Duties

• Order placement and customer service for all UK Independent Accounts or Key Accounts
• Receiving, printing, keying and checking orders daily into ERP system (NAV)
• Process order amendments such as change of quantity, date, colour etc.
• Process credits as a result of returns, damages, shortages, etc.
• Responsible for following the return order process to ensure accurate returns
• Manage prepayment process for all new customers and some existing customers
• Miscellaneous duties that are a result of correspondence, questions, complaints, etc from UK/US sales reps or customers
• Responsible for Retailer accounts aligned to the sales representatives.
• Pro-actively call customers to build up strong relationships to ensure the highest level of customer service is being maintained at all times
• Share product and customer information as appropriate with the sales representatives and the customer service team
• Ensure all month end activities such as invoicing, return credits, stock movements are completed correctly and on time


Person Specification:

• Must have ERP experience/or similar systems
• Business fluency in English is a must
• Must have worked in a fast moving (NON-call centre) B2B customer service or sales support role
• Excellent communication skills
• Self starter, self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision, outgoing with a great common sense
• Superb prioritization and organization skills
• Experienced user of Microsoft office applications e.g. Excel, Outlook, Word etc.
• Excellent numeracy skills
