Czech Speaking Travel Consultants offering a basic salary of up to GBP16,000.00, including language, meal and shift allowances, are required to work for this leading airline at their modern call centre in Wilmslow, South Manchester.
Within the role of Czech Speaking Travel Consultant you will
- Quote & sell Travel airfares using Airline & in house Travel Reservations systems
- Make changes to Travel bookings
- Convert calls into Travel sales
- Work towards Travel sales targets
- Offer the highest level of customer service to Italian & English Travel clients
To be successful in the role of Czech Speaking Travel Consultant you will
- Have previous customer service & call centre background
- Be fluent in Czech & English
You will work 37.5 hours per week throughout the opening of the call centre, which are Monday to Sunday from 07.30 ¿ 20.30 to include 2 weekends per month.
