Bilingual speaking Search Engine Marketing Specialist
As a English Bilingual Senior Search Engine Marketing Specialist you will be reporting to the European Marketing Manager, the main purpose of the role is to support the European Marketing Manager in growing SEM traffic across EU. As a Senior Search Engine Marketing Specialist and member of the central SEM team, you will either fully manage or partly supports keyword buying activities in 10 European markets. The Senior Search Engine Marketing Specialist will work closely with the team optimising and expanding keyword campaigns on Google, Y!SM and MSN.
As a bilingual Senior Search Engine Marketing Specialist, your key responsibilities are; Support European Marketing Manager, Identify Opportunities for Growth & Implement fast, Performance Monitoring, Traffic Analysis & Reporting, Best Practice Testing, Support Central SEM Tasks and Supporting the SEM Technical Development Team
Profile:
· Fluent in English + one other European language; both written and verbal
· University degree or equivalent experience
· Very solid hands-on SEM experience on Google, Y!SM and MSN; ideally client side
· Pay Per Click experience (PPC)
· Experience working with bid management and/or other large scale SEM publishing tools
· Proven ability to identify simple opportunities for traffic growth and implement quickly, ensuring immediate growth
· Strong leadership skills & ability to work independently, with a confident, competitive, thorough and tenacious attitude
· Superior business sense, problem solving, project management and analytical skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including advanced functions for manipulating text and data)
· Strong organisational skills including ability to manage time effectively, and work under pressure.
· Must have experience working in a team, and be able to interact with diverse groups of technical and non-technical people
· If necessary, able to work independently, with a confident, competitive, thorough and tenacious attitude
· Excellent presentation and demonstration skills and the flexibility to travel
· Strong communication & social skills and a drive for results!
