Spanish Speaking Venues Logistics Coordinator

Our client, an international company, is seeking to recruit a Spanish Speaking Venues Logistics Coordinator for their offices based in Central London
Job Role
The Venues person is the point of contact for clients, exhibitors, and contractors should they have any venue related queries, and vice versa from the venues perspective. The Venues team is responsible for dealing with all the operational aspects of the scheduled event, including the smooth operation of the event over the course of its duration. Please find below a basic list of job responsibilities:
Venue Sourcing Worldwide for a variety of conference sizes.
Price and liability negotiation: International hotel contract signing.
Hotel reservation methods
Exhibition Floor plans, using Adobe Illustrator
Exhibition Management You will be the main contact for all exhibitors and suppliers
Sourcing of Audio Visual Companies/ Hostesses/ Security staff World wide.
Production and partly design of all show materials
Invoice and hotel bill breakdowns
The venues team will be responsible for your training and development and they shall be sitting close to you.
The Candidate
Fluent in English and Spanish
Able to assume responsibility quickly and make their own decisions.
Be able to cope with stress and work long hours when its necessary.
Great communications skills.
Events experience is a plus!
Salary: 19k per annum
