HR Manager
Our client, an international Financial organisation based in London, is looking for an HR Manager with European & International experience. You will be CIPD qualified, have proven experience of operational HR and a broad understanding of employment law.

The role of HR Manager will involve responsibility for the HR function and also managing junior members of the HR team. Duties will include recruitment and selection, performance management, employee relations and general HR function such as ensuring compliance with legislative requirements, implementing firm policies and procedures, recommending change, co-ordinating orientation, and preparing management information.

Essential requirements for this HR Manager role include:

CIPD qualified, or equivalent
Up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation
Experience providing advice and guidance to Managers on employment related matters
Experience of recruitment and selection
Ability to develop HR policies and procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good influencing and negotiating skills with the ability to manage conflict
Must speak German

You must possess the ability to multi-task, use your initiative, interact confidentially at all levels, and be a strong team player. You'll be concerned with developing, advising, implementing and communicating management policies.
