We are working with an international manufacturer in Oxfordshire, who are now looking for a German speaker for a fixed term contract for 10 months in their customer service department.
The role would be to respond to customers, process orders, handle complaints and chase progress. You will also handle any other general administration duties as required.
Candidates must have fluent German and excellent English, together with experience in a customer service environment. Ideally if you have understanding of Export procedures this would also be an advantage. You must have the ability to work with people at all levels and have high level of Microsoft office.
