Swedish speaking Customer Services Executive
My client is looking for a fluent Swedish speaker to join their dedicated and highly professional team of multilingual customer services.
The successful Swedish-speaking candidate will be responsible for some of the largest accounts in Europe to build strong relationships and ensure of the smooth running of the accounts.
They will also answer inbound calls from both internal and external customers and deal with all types of enquiries promptly and to recognize and convert sales opportunities, make outbound calls to a specific account base to develop and convert sales opportunities, Responsible for entering phone orders onto the ERP (Comfil) system in an accurate and timely manner, Investigate inventory availability and advise customers accordingly, problem solve delivery, pricing and order queries, to be proactive and inform customers in advance of stock issues, and complete all administration duties on a daily basis.
Profile:
. Fluency in Swedish in addition to English.
. Previous customer services or inside sales experience
. Sales skills, questioning techniques, objection handling and Closing
. Excellent interpersonal skills
. Technical expertise
. Composure
. Negotiating
. Conflict Management
. Proficient in using Word, Excel, Comfil and other applications as required.
