Key multi site international organisation seeks an experienced Team Manager to lead an Accounts Payable team with a remit spanning international locations.
Candidates MUST be fluent in English and in a 2nd European language (either French, Italian, Spanish, German, Dutch, Flemish, Norwegian, Swedish, Danish or Polish.)
This is a highly varied role with a Pan European remit, reporting into the senior management team and in addition to day to day management of an accounts payable team, you will play a key role in continuous improvement initiatives with an initial focus on the ongoing development of systems, controls and processes.
Key tasks will include -
* Day to day management of an accounts payable function with a remit spanning multiple European locations.
* Management of all aspects of accounts payable activities across EMEA regions.
* Day to day management of dedicated team.
* Create new reports, evaluate existing processes and controls and implement new systems.
* Establish work standards, develop objectives and develop workflows and operating procedures.
* KPI reporting.
* Ensure compliance with control procedures, including SOX.
The successful candidate will be an accomplished people manager, having led a team within an international accounts payable function
Candidates will ideally have experience using SAP, Oracle etc
