Role:
French, German, Swedish speaking Project Manager with team leader/ supervisor experience
Duties of the French, German or Swedish speaking Project Manager are to fully agree and understand project resources and budget, allocate tasks to team members, motivation and encouragement of team members and carry out training for new team members, communicate any problems/issues to Line Manager/Senior Project Manager and have a clear understanding of client requirements and agree on the service to be provided.
You will also be responsible for providing regular project reporting to the client on a daily basis and provide any additional/ad-hoc reporting as required, the smooth running and day to day management of events, including answering of project telephone lines and management of the project email inboxes. As a French, German or Swedish speaking Project Manager it is important to be able to liaise with clients on all event communication sign off and agree the detail of all daily reporting, provide pre-sales support on all assigned client related matters – including presentations and documentation – internally and externally where required and maintain client relationships escalating any issues as appropriate.
Profile:
· Fluent in French, German or Swedish and English; both verbal and written
· Solid experience in the events industry – both sales and operational programme management
· Presentation and proposal experience
· Budgetary and foreign currency experience
· Competent computer skills
· Supervisory skills
· Full driving license
