Job Title: French and German speaking Luxury Travel Consultant
Skills: Fluent French and German, travel industry experience
Salary: £19k+

Your main duties and responsibilities:
Tickets and Tours:
- Deal with and solve telephone enquiries
- Discuss requirements with customer and advise on brochure products
- Cross sell other products when appropriate
- Enter reservations
- Process booking forms, payment/credit cards
- Produce and send out invoices and gift vouchers
- Handle post/correspondence
Qualifications
- Educated to A Level standard or equivalent
- Ideally with IATA certification
- Team Player
- Self motivated
- Excellent communication skills
- Quick learner
- Customer focused
- Excellent organisational skills
- Experience of working in the travel industry
- Well travelled
- Understanding of the Luxury Travel Market
- Worked for an IATA agency or airline
