German Speaking E-Commerce Account Manager

Location: South West London
Our client, a large organisation, is currently looking to recruit a German Speaking E-Commerce Account Manager for their office in South West London.
Job Role
You will be responsible for taking the lead sales role in a particular market (the UK, France or Germany). Joining our clients existing team, you will execute on our growth strategy which is focused on leveraging our existing client relationships and developing new prospects.
You must be comfortable owning the entire sales process with the confidence to:
• Demonstrate the value of our products and services with senior level decision makers.
• Confident selling a high value solution in a competitive market.
• Partnering with the client’s internal networks to find and involve the key decision makers.
• Effectively working with the prospects’ technical team and being able to “talk tech” with them (this is where past technical sales skills would be particularly useful).
The Candidate
• Fluent in English and German
• Must have software / enterprise software solutions sales experience
• A background in selling or servicing online marketing would also be an advantage.
• You must be an experienced new business development professional, a true “hunter” rather than a farmer, as the account management of clients will be handled by a different team.
• Technical sales experience is preferred, and you must be hungry and passionate to win.
• Ability to influence and negotiate with clients at all levels.
• Experience of selling an emerging technology, with personal experience of new and emerging web/online communications such as social networks, blogs etc•
• Expert user of current web/online communication technologies including email, browsers, search, instant messaging, forums and message boards.
• Knowledge of online marketing techniques, technologies and media.
Salary: £60k + OTE
