We are looking for an individual with strong analytical and data management skills to join our central London office.
Key responsibilities include:
Working with Microsoft® Excel® exports from client HR systems and then utilising them to create organisational structure maps within Gallup’s database to facilitate the reporting of accurate results across that organisation; participating in weekly meetings and updating team members on the status of projects; building close relationships with clients and Gallup researchers, working with them to ensure that the client’s organisational structure is captured accurately.
Analytical, with a keen eye for detail, you’ll thrive on working to meet deadlines and being a key member of multiple project teams. You will be a natural relationship builder with instant credibility and confidence in communication with colleagues and clients.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have total fluency in English and business fluency in German. You must be proficient in Microsoft® Excel®, including a working knowledge of basic functions (e.g., vlookup, sumif). VBA (or a desire to learn) would be an added benefit. You must also have a valid UK work permit.
