My client is a multinational technology company with UK offices in Windsor, Berkshire. Due to extensive headcount growth plans for the European function, they have an immediate requirement for an experienced internal Recruitment Coordinator.
Working directly with the Recruitment Manager this role is focused on resourcing and pre-screening candidates, and therefore requires extensive relevant experience from either an agency-side or in-house position.
This is fast-paced role; you will be working on high volume headcount requirements and placing candidates according to the highest of expectations.
Core duties include:
- Co-ordinate recruitment activity for permanent and contract positions.
- Obtain briefs from hiring managers
- Creating advertising copy for web and print media
- Pre-screening and filtering candidates via telephone and face-to-face activity
- Track recruitment activity using internal IT systems & produce activity reports and metrics
- Manage outsourced suppliers, i.e. external agents
Previous experience:
- Extensive agency and/or client-side recruitment experience resourcing for multiple concurrent requirements, preferably IT and/or engineering positions
- Experience of recruiting into Europe-based positions a distinct advantage
- Extremely organised and intelligent, self-starting attitude and responsive to pressure
