An exciting opportunity to work within a truly International environment (around 95% of our business is outside the UK). You will build up relationships with Consultants and develop Business Connections all over the world.
Strong Fluency in English is essential but German/ Dutch would be a major bonus.
Structured basic training will be provided and you will progress to work alongside a Mentor who will support you through to process.
The Salary and Benefits package is extremely competitive, with Year 1 on target earnings £35-40k, and Year 2 upwards of £50k.
Attributes that we are looking for:
• Strong work ethic
• A driven individual with a can-do attitude and an entrepreneurial spirit so you can build up your own network of clients
• Any European Language skills are a plus but German or Dutch are a major Bonus
