Our client is a leading provider of e-commerce software in the US. They drive the online shopping and order fulfillment processes for over 400 consumer brands, working with a large network of retailers. They are now looking for a Manufacturer Support Specialist with German for their European team in Wiltshire.
The role would be to provide first line support, deal with client's technical queries, assist the Customer Service team with internal support and product training.
Candidates should ideally have knowledge and experience in software support, in a Technical Support Environment. Basic understanding of HRML/CSS/Java Script would be an advantage. Fluent German and a good understanding of thier culture, together with excellent communication skills is required. If you have additional French or Italian this is a n advantage. Must be able to work under pressure. Salary and benefits on application.
