Job Title: German speaking Client Relations Associate - Finance

Summary of you and the role
You will be a motivated self-starter eager to learn about or expand your knowledge on all aspects of asset management. You must be detail-orientated and have strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills as well as a strong work ethic and a healthy ambition for responsibility.
Your Responsibilities:
The European team is dedicated to building and servicing institutional clients. You will coordinate client activity and be the point of reference for all contacts connected with a client relationship. You will have constant communication with departments to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded; this includes building strong relationships with Client Directors and with portfolio management, operations and client reporting, legal and compliance, etc.
You are responsible for handling requests related to:
Managing the new account registration process
Dealing with contributions to and withdrawals from client portfolios,
Ensuring timely and accurate client reporting,
Producing materials such as presentations and correspondence,
Collaborating with other departments to successfully resolve client issues,
Maintaining client files and databases.
You will be given additional responsibility as you progress, which often includes additional client-facing responsibilities.
Your Skills / Experience:
Good communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Microsoft Office, in particular Powerpoint, Word and some Excel helpful
Industry experience helpful, but not essential
Candidates will ideally be fluent in German or as a minimum have fluency in at least one of these languages
