Job Title: Spanish / French / Italian speaking FX Client Support
Skills: Fluency in 2 of Spanish, French and Italian, as well as English, client support experience.
Salary: £13 / hour, £30k when permanent

Overview of Your Role:

You will be an essential member of the 24/7 FX and technical support team that receives and resolves FX market, functional and technical customer enquiries.

Your Principal Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Responsible for a swift turnaround of issues and the successful management of customer satisfaction and service delivery
Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving customer, internal and vendor issues
Responsible for technical, functional and transactional queries from global investment banks and hedge funds
Responsible for making sure that deployment, operations and network teams are all aware of worldwide issues
Must be available to work occasional (paid) overtime and cover shifts through a 24 hour period and weekends as required

Direct client facing experience in the service industry
Technical knowledge and expertise
Quality and control, with excellent attention to detail
Proven analytical skills / or professional experience to a similar level
Fluent in two of Spanish, French and Italian (plus fluent written and spoken English)
High Stress resilience and multi-tasking abilities
Motivated to achieve above and beyond requested tasks
PC skills (MS office professional, spreadsheet database admin)
Basic technical aptitude and interest in learning
Available to work shifts (including nightshift, on average every 4-6 weeks).
