Based near Dunstable, Bedfordshire, you will be working for an international company looking to grow business in the whole of Africa. This will be done on a direct selling basis, identifying potential distributors and dealing with re-sellers when direct selling not possible. You will be working from qualified leads and your responsibilities will include key product promotion, face to face sales and telephone sales, maintaining and updating the company CRM system, liaising with shipping, freightforwarders, credit control and the warehouse. To do this you will need to be fluent in Arabic and English with ideally French, have a qualification in engineering or a technical discipline,and a proven successful sales track record in the Africa region. You must also have first class communication and negotiating skills, be organised, highly motivated, able to work with people from various cultures and backgrounds. Travel to Africa is envisaged to be about 2 weeks every 3 months
