Our client is currently recruiting for one of the UK’s best known airlines for seasonal contracts lasting through to November 2010. Their exceptional success has been built upon the key attributes of its staff – positivity, passion, great teamwork and spirit.
Their cabin crew come from all walks of life; from customer service and catering, hospitality and healthcare, to travel and tourism. Some are graduates (or equivalent) whilst others have moved into flying after developing a career in another sector.
To be considered, you must meet all of the following requirements:
- Age 18+
- Height 5'2" (1.58m) to 6'3" (1.90m) with weight in proportion to height
- Physically fit and able to pass a medical assessment
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written - you will be tested
- Able to swim 25m and tread water for at least 1 minute
- The right to live and work in the UK without restriction
- A passport allowing you to travel freely within the EU without restriction
- Able to deal with all passengers professionally in a customer facing and selling role
- GCSE standard in English and Maths (or equivalent)
- No visible tattoos or body piercing which cannot be covered discreetly
- Able to arrive at your chosen base within 60 minutes (or willing to relocate) and be prepared to make this journey every day, at any time of the day
- Access to a Microsoft based PC and the internet, to complete approximately 8 hours of computer based study before the start of your training course
