Job Title: Specialist Client Trainer – FX / MM
Skills: Extensive experience in FX / MM
Salary: c£41k / 500,000 ZAR + 20% bonus
Location: JOHannesburg, South Africa.
Your focus is on training and supporting end users on all desktop products by providing excellent product, markets and client knowledge.
Your key responsibilities include:
Deliver high level training to experts, site contacts and end users
Develop relationships with key stakeholders
Analyse and increase usage of products
Proactively initiate, design and run workshops, events and market campaigns
Work to protect and increase revenue.
Act as internal expert to educate training and sales teams
Lead appropriate sales and product migration campaigns.
Person Specification – Required Skills and Education
Degree/equivalent international qualification or relevant work experience
Extensive experience in Financial Markets
Strong Customer Service Skills
Strong Background in FX and Money Markets
Experience of trading floor technology
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of applications
Excellent listening and negotiation skills
Ability to work as a member of a team
Able to be multi-tasked and has the ability to function in a time sensitive environment.
Project management experience and strong organizational skills
Self-starter, independent worker
