Based near St Neots in Cambridgeshire, you will be working for an international company within their multilingual customer care team taking incoming calls, handling customer enquiries, processing orders and promoting the company at events in the UK and abroad. To do this you will need to be fluent in Finnish, German and English (written and spoken) have some customer service experience, have excellent organisational and communication skills, and be a real team plater. Your IT skills should include Excel spreadsheets. The successful candidate must be prepared to have a CRB check carried out
