Senior Account Executive
Spanish language would be a great advantage

Our Client, a design company is seeking to appoint a Senior Account Executive (Spanish language would be a great advantage) speaking to ensure a high level of customer service, and goods are sold at the right price and processed right first time.
Key Responsibilities:
Order processing, samples, queries and dealing with complaints for internal and external customers.
Offering high level of customer services and excellent telephone skills.
Agent/Sales Representative support.
Specialist areas as specified by Manager
Supporting and assisting the Assistant Manager in the smooth operation of Customer Service Department.
Help cover for Assistant Manager in their absence and co-ordination of workload within the department
Lunchtime cover and Bank holiday cover.
Feedback on market issues and customer service issues.
Awareness of key customers
Product Knowledge
Overseas contracts
In-depth knowledge of furniture, and order processing
Independent in carrying out her duties
To comply with the Health and Safety at Work Act and to ensure that the rules and regulations of the company are complied with at all times.
To carry out any other reasonable and lawful duties that may be delegated to you by another employee if authorised to do so.
Candidate:
English language is a MUST – Spanish language would be a great advantage
Excellent people skills and excellent problem solving abilities

Excellent communication
