Based in a remote location about 7 miles from Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, your will be joining an international market leader! This is a new postition due to increased business in Italy - you will be working in a multilingual team taking inbound calls, order details and tntering these onto the system. You will be working to deadlines, liaising with the sales team, warehouse and logistics departments in addition to providing information on stock, delivery, pricing and credits. To do this you will have to be fluent in Italian and English, written and spoken, (some knowledge of Spanish would be a plus!), have 1 - 2 years office based administrative/customer service experience, excellent communication and organisational skills, an accurate approach to your work and be a real team player. Your IT skills should include Mictosoft Office and ideally SAP - own transport essential due to the location of the offices
