Are you looking to use your German, French and English language skills in a rewarding IT support role? If so, this could be the role for you.

As an award winning company, our client develops and publishes powerful, easy-to-use desktop publishing, design and graphics software. Over the years, they’ve been praised for their products by businesses, educational establishments and ordinary PC users. An opportunity has now arisen for a Technical Support Advisor who is fluent in German and French, to join their team.

In this role you will be responsible for answering technical and customer service calls, assisting clients who use the company’s software. This will involve providing 1st and 2nd line support, working with English, German and French customers. Full product training will be provided.

As a Technical Support Advisor your duties will include:

- providing excellent customer service and technical support
- maintaining customer records
- resolving all calls and emails, maximising the ‘first contact resolution’ rate

To be considered for this position, you must:

- have experience in an IT support position, or an IT background
- be fluent in English, French and German (reading, writing and speaking)

Additionally, as a Technical Support Advisor you should also be highly organised, able to work in a team and have a desire to develop your technical knowledge.
