My client is an award winning transport solutions and logistics company with a strong route network across Europe. Due to increased business requirements they now seek to add the following roles to their multi-lingual service centre team based in Belfast, Northern Ireland.
1. Credit Controller with Fluent Italian & English Language
2. Credit Controller with Fluent Danish, Swedish & English Language
Responsibilities include;
Providing a service to internal customers
Execute the delivery of the following activities within the Credit Control Team:-
• Following up on receipt of payment is a primary responsibility
• Collection of accounts receivable
• Ensuring that aged debt is kept to a minimum
• Must be able to identify and evaluate credit risk and manage it effectively
• Reconciling accounts and customer queries
• Process Credit Application Forms
On a day to day basis you will coordinate activity and communicate with both internal and external colleagues includung Finance Managers, HR, Auditors, Customers, Legal Advisors, Collection Agencies
Applicants should be excellent communicators who can work autonomously within the guidelines of the credit control team. They should have excellent attention to detail, and be comfortable and natural with managing debtors risk potential. Minimum of 1 years experience in a credit control role or qualified by ICM (Institute of Credit Managment).
Previous experience gained within Service industry would be beneficial.
Previous working knowledge of Microsoft Office required. Fluent written and verbal English as well as Italian, Danish or Swedish language is required.
A generous package, including salary of £18,500 per annum with 32 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays), is available for the right candidate.
