Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include, but are not limited, to, the following:
• Renewal of existing support and maintenance contracts within EMEA.
• Recognise and convert any upsell opportunities to increase revenue renewal rates.
• Work closely with sales to promote and support any new maintenance opportunities.
• Manage pipeline effectively to provide accurate forecasting.
• Processing of all renewal contracts through current ERP Database.
• Build customer relationships with strategic partners/customers.
Qualification/ Skills/ Experience Requirements:
• Must have minimum of 1 year experience of an internal sales role in the technology arena.
• Graduate/Graduate Calibre candidate
• Excellent customer facing skills with some experience of telephone sales.
• Good understanding of CRM or ERP systems would be an advantage.
• Strong numerical and organizational skills.
• Ability to work within a team and work well unassisted.
• Fluent in German essential.
