Our client, a global leader in its field, is seeking to recruit a French Speaking Account Director for their office based in Surrey
Job Role
The Account Director is responsible for the successful delivery of a proven formula designed to drive substantial advertising revenue for our clients Media Partners.
Responsibilities:
Negotiate from Senior Management level to Sales Team
Influence sales people to follow a proven sales formula
Train sales people and inspire them to over perform
Manage and develop long term relationships
Multi task and manage several projects simultaneously
Work within a team environment and independently as required
The Candidate
Experienced - MUST have experience leading a success
sales team for more than 2 years, as well as driving new business and up-selling existing business.
A Gifted Presenter to be able to stand up in front of business people and deliver compelling presentations that result in immediate long term sales
Organised timely completion of reports and attention to administrative detail of the programme
Self-motivated - be prepared to spend time learning how to deliver our formula.
Self-starter - posses an enquiring nature and an ability to think and plan ahead
Enthusiastic, Charismatic, Determined and Focused individual
Fun loving - a sense of humor is essential; have to be able to laugh at ourselves!
Salary: £50k + Commission
