Job Title: Business Analyst/User Support - Japanese or French speaker preferred
Skills: Test planning and execution of a payment system
Salary: £300-£400 per day (6 month contract)
Location: Central London
Our client is a major financial group with a strong retail banking division. They are currently rolling out an online payment system across their European operations.
The main responsibilites would be issue investigation, coordination and testing of resolution; liaison with application vendor and systems support teams; and maintenance of issue logs and management reporting
In addition, the person would be involved in business analysis, test planning, test execution/tracking etc as well as providing user training and support
Experience Required: User and functional test planning, execution and reporting of a payment system
The person spec: A team player, committed and dedicated at all times with good verbal and written communication skills. A willingness to work occasional overtime. Able to plan and meet deadlines.
French and/or Japanese language skills would be preferred
