This is an exciting and varied role enabling you to use your excellent language skills - ensuring customers receive both outstanding technical support and customer service support.
The Person:
This role requires you to speak both French and German to a fluent level alongside outstanding written ability. You will have great organisational skills – excellent technical skills and wish to grow in your career choice with a can do attitude.
This position requires a minimum of one years experience in a technical support role preferably or previous experience using your specified languages within a helpdesk or customer contact environment.
You will be creating and updating customers records – responding to emails – problem solving and at all times keeping the highest level of customer service.
