We are recruiting for an IT Networks Manager to work for a fast developing Telecommunications company.

The role of the IT and Networks Manager is required to provide first class Technical Support and Implementation services to The company“s in house customers (staff) and to Support the customer base. The role will also have responsibility for all internal IT services. The incumbent will also play a key role in advising on future technologies and defining products and working within the Management team structure.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Manage the development of internal IT Networks.
- Manage and eventually oversee the smooth running of the Customer related Engineering functions.
- Manage and eventually oversee the requests for technical assistance by customers
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
- Manage Office IT and In house applications
- Manage and eventually oversee the Configuration and testing of customer CPE
- Assist in Order Processing and Delivery
- Communicate verbally with customer base on an as needed basis
- Assist in help desk procedures
- Manage all and log all help desk interactions
- Manage and administer help desk software
- Prepare management reports
- Play and active role within the management team
- Hire and Manage staff.

Education and Experience:
- Internet, Broadband and Ethernet
- Router, Firewall and IPVPN configuration
- IP ,VoIP, SIP, IP PBX and Phone Setup and configuration
- Experience of Hosted Application services such as Microsoft Exchange
- Microsoft Server and Co Location configuration using appropriate Web based management tools.
- PC Management, Anti Virus and Microsoft Office applications
- knowledge and experience of customer service practices
- Previous Experience in an ISP or Telecoms provider.

The ideal candidate will be a supervisor or manager in an ISP, ITSP or Telecoms company.

It is vital they have excellent understanding of Network IP configurations (WAN, LAN, Ethernet), VoIP technologies, Router and Firewall technologies. IP access (broadband configuration)
Real benefit if they have ITSP hosted IPPBX experience.

May be or were employed within the telecoms reseller market (B2B) or within an ISP.
