Our client based in West Reading is seeking a Customer Service Advisor, who can speak German and French, ideally with conversational Italian also.
You will join an existing team of advisors within a phone based customer service environment. This position will involve working on a shift pattern basis and will initially commence as a temporary role, with a view to permanency.
Within this role you will be responsible for taking and processing orders, dealing with product queries and providing a high level of service at all times. The ideal candidate will have a confident telephone manner and sound writing skills in French and German.
This client is easily commutable by car and train from locations such as Reading, Maidenhead, Slough, West London and surrounding areas. Due to the high levels of interest in the particular vacancy only successful applicants will be contacted.
