Senior Customer Service with Danish, Swedish, Norwegian or Finnish
The ideal customer service professional with Danish, Swedish, Norwegian and/ or Finnish will lead, motivate and monitor the Nordics Team to ensure optimum performance. Assist the Customer Service team in managing the customer relationship regarding processing orders, enquiries, complaints and policies. Ensure all team members are fully trained and have adequate knowledge and skills to perform their duties and be able to offer their customer a 1st time resolution using your Danish, Swedish, Finnish or Norwegian language skills.
Knowledge / Experience / Skills required
. Fluency in at least one of the following languages, Swedish, Danish, Finnish or Norwegian
. Experience within a Customer Service environment
. Ability to manage, motivate and effectively communicate with team members
. High degree of customer focus
. Proactive approach to problem solving and complaint escalation
. Team Player
. Sound administrative skills
. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
. Able to work well under pressure
. Excellent organisational skills
. Fluency of English language, both verbal and written
