French Speaking B2C Outbound Call Centre Agent

Our client, a large company, is seeking to recruit a French Speaking B2C Outbound Call Centre Agent, for their office located in London.
Job Role
• Interact by phone with outside parties to solicit orders for goods, collect information needed or conduct call follow-ups
• Ensure quality number of calls are originated within company guidelines and are followed up in line with approved company procedures
The Candidate
• Fluent in English and French
• Must have the experience and knowledge to sell
• Minimum 6 months in a call centre environment or similar
• Telephone selling BTC (Business to Customer)
• Good working knowledge of sales principles and methods
• Proven on the job customer service principles and practices
• Proficient in relevant computer applications
• Good keyboard skills
• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
• Excellent planning, problem solving, judgment, negotiation skills and initiative
• Proven persuasiveness, adaptability, tenacious and resilient
• Ability work under pressure with a high energy level
• Standard general education equivalent to A levels or similar
Desirable Skills
• Delivered a prepared sales script to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service, e.g. mail order selling or request to make a charitable donation or similar
• Previous experience in a Healthcare environment
• Answering customer queries
• SAP system
• Diploma/certificate in a Sales and Marketing discipline
• Attended/participated in Sales and Marketing courses, presentations etc.
