Teacher of French and Spanish
You will have a track record of success in learning and teaching, according to experience. Involvement in the monitoring of progress and attainment at student and class level. Experience in developing learning and teaching in an inclusive environment. Experience in monitoring and developing the academic and personal progress of individual students as a tutor.
The Languages Faculty enjoys a significant success at GCSE and is committed to top level teaching and learning. The successful applicant will have the ability to teach Spanish to GCSE and either Spanish or French to A Level and will join a forward looking and innovative team.
Key tasks:
· Teaching.
· Joint resourcing of the Languages Faculty
· Tutoring a group of students within a Year system and contributing to the Personal and Social Education programme.
· Carrying out assessment procedures required by the school and external bodies.
· Consulting with colleagues both formally and informally.
· Fulfilling administrative tasks efficiently and punctually.
