Customer Account Specialist
Temporary 6-12 months

Our multinational client within the health industry is looking for a
temporary customer account specialist.
Job Purpose
• Responsible for maintenance of Customer Accounts across the EMA region. Establishing robust processes for account changes in order to improve accuracy and minimise complaints.
• Document all processes relating to customer account changes including market requirements. Drive compliance across the region in order to minimise risk to the business.
• Improve the relationships and knowledge of business processes between customer supports and the local sales and marketing department.
• Drive process improvements for New Accounts in order to ensure we maximise sales potential from the start.
• To provide back up support for Customer pricing changes and technical complaints.
Main Responsibilities
• Customer account changes
• Customer account maintenance
• Testing in relation to customer account changes
• Data integrity
• New Accounts
• Training of other members of the team in relation to customer account maintenance
Knowledge / Experience / Skills required
• High degree of customer focus
• Experience of SAP pricing applications
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of Supply Chain and Sales applications and principles.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
• High level of accuracy & attention to details
• Prioritization and allocation of workload
• Sound administrative skills
