International HR Advisory Consultancy are seeking SPANISH Client Service Account Managers to work with their prestigious customers. Your role is to manage a portfolio of accounts and will require the individual to use initiative and demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a variety of roles and functions
Teamwork is critical in all aspects of work so you will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills to escalate all issues.
The Client Services function is at the forefront of the business and has the responsibility of maintaining and enhancing all forms of client involvement with company.
The team is responsible for all aspects of client liaison with customers who are part of an international HR membership group. These enquiries can include answering routine technical enquiries, to attending meetings and undertaking projects with clients as required. The role will require international travel which may encroach on personal time.
Duties include:
Providing a technical resource clients, including updating market data, calculating salary packages and researching additional information in line with client requirements
You will be required to develop relationships with HR contacts within client companies at all levels of seniority from Administrator to Director level
Internal client service at all levels, especially to the core technical teams & client services staff worldwide
Advising colleagues and the core teams on issues relating to technical and other relevant issues
Presenting to clients on technical issues relating to international HR management with the following aims.
OTHER languages are highly advantageous particularly Dutch, German or French.
