Role:
Client Services/ Account Manager with Dutch and/or French
Our client is looking for a Dutch and/or French-speaking Client services/ Account Manager who will be providing a technical resource for all the company’s clients, including updating the company’s data, calculating and researching additional information in line with client requirements. The Dutch and/or French speaking Client Services/ Account Manager will be interfacing and developing relationships with client companies at all levels of seniority from Administrator to Director level. It is therefore crucial to be able to communicate with the company staff at all levels, especially core technical teams & client services staff worldwide in English and French and/ or Dutch.
The ideal candidate will also need to have a certain amount of sales skills in order to educate the clients on the company services and products and promote/ sell the company services and products on a regular basis.
Profile:
The jobholder will act as part of a team responsible for all aspects of client liaison with the company’s members, including answering routine technical enquiries, attending meetings and undertaking projects with these clients as required. The role will require:
· Fluency in French and/or Dutch and excellent English,
· Needs to be ok with occasional International travel
· Excellent IT literacy and numeracy
· Teamwork orientation
· Initiative, flexibility and adaptability to assume varied roles within the office as required.
