Role:
Welsh speaking Customer Service Coordinator
The Welsh speaking Customer Services Coordinator will be responsible for the efficient and professional answering and handling of all calls and for managing all assistance cases by adhering to set procedures and ensuring a consistent delivery of a quality service to all our clients using English and Welsh.
This position is within a 24hr/365 day centre and therefore applicants must be able to work on a shift basis. The coordinators work a daytime shift pattern of 4 days on and 2 days off. The first 4 days they start at 07:00 and complete the day at 15:30. After 2 days off their 2nd 4 days shift starts at 13:30 and ends at 22:00.
