Our client is a leading provider of web-based freight transportation management services. The service they provide helps customers to simplify freight shipping and manage their transportation spend. They are looking for a Dutch and German fluent speaker to join their customer service team.
You will be responsible for ensuring efficient, high quality service to both internal and external customers by providing timely response to customer issues via phone, e-mails.
Responsibilities:
- Handles customer service inbound and outbound telephone calls.
- Works with carriers and customers on a daily basis to help create business relationships.
- Generates shipment quotes for customers and sets up shipments as requested by customers.
- Generates and resolves service tickets for issue resolution from both internal and external customers
Requirements
- Leaving Certificate required. Post leaving cert qualification an advantage.
- Minimum one-year experience in a high volume call centre or customer service environment.
- Fluency in English, Dutch and German required.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) with strong ability to communicate effectively via telephone and email.
- Strong time management and organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.
