For this role ideal candidates must have;
• At least 5 years’ HR experience, with at least one year gained within an IT or telecom
services consultancy
• Fluent English, with a good command of German and/or French is an advantage
• Sound business knowledge as well extensive knowledge of Employment and Labor Laws
and HR Compliance with the same.
• The ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks and responsibilities.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced, multiethnic and a multinational work
environment.
• Good analytical, communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands on approach to HR service delivery and should be able to work independently
• Bachelors Degree in Business, Human Resources or Psychology/ Masters Degree in
Human Resources, Organization Development, or Psychology would be preferred.
• The ability to work flexible hours
You will;
• Manage all HR related activities and take charge of a workforce 500+ in Switzerland.
Other EU locations may be added at a later stage upon results.
• Ensure organisation’s compliance with the Employment Legislation. Identifies legal
requirements and government reporting regulations affecting Human Resources function.
• Oversee all Swiss HR administration: permit, payroll, taxes, legal cases etc.
• Ensuring that the Corporate and Divisional Management as well as the HR Head are kept
abreast and advised on all the policy issues.
• Actively contribute to the creation of the organization’s HR strategy in line with strategic
and operational business plans and to its translation to meet organizational objectives.
• Ensure that employee relations issues are taken into account by the organisation/services
to reflect the organisation’s commitment to people as their most important asset.
• Contribute to development of training, recruiting and employee retention strategies.
• Contribute to organisation’s resourcing strategy and participate actively in recruitment
and retraining of employees. Establish and implement standard recruiting and placement
practices and procedures.
• Application of HR guidelines for primary HR Process Administration including
Compensation and Benefits programs. Oversee compensation programs to ensure
regulatory compliance and competitive salary levels, participate in design and
development of compensation strategy and implementation of programs.
