GKR Search and Selection currently has a requirement for a Business Development Specialist.
Description:
Throughout this position the Business Development Executive will gain a good knowledge of the Product Portfolio and develop a high level of sales skills and pipeline building. The focus of this role is the discovery of quality business opportunities to pass on to the sales team and is commission based. The role requires a high level of motivation and determination as well as the ability to sell and persuade.
The Lead Generation Specialist will conduct high-level conversations with senior executives about their business operations. This individual will need to be strongly motivated & driven, target oriented, methodical and tenacious.
Responsibilities:
· Generating leads and opportunities (Through cold and warm campaigns into prospective clients) for current and future salesforce.com solutions.
· Pipeline Management
· Collaboration with Country Managers & Field Sales Team
· Help define business approach for your specific region leverage business from new and established relationships
Required Skills/Experience:
· Bachelors Degree
· Fluent in Dutch and English
· 3+ years experience in a Sales/Customer Services or Consultancy background (Ideally within the software industry though not a requirement)
· Highly motivated, Energetic, Self Starter
· The ability to hold a confident and controlled conversation
