We are searching for a
German Speaking Customer Service Representative
Tasks:
• Manage Order to Cash activities, from Customer Account Creation to Cash Collection for a German customers
• Secure Country revenue by making sure orders are placed and released in due time, and that Customer Claims are properly handled
• Manage the orders of the customer portfolio
• Track orders and manage day to day communication with customers for all order management topics
• Manages customer claims, returns and credit/debit notes
• Communicate with the various functions of the company across the world
Requirements:
• at least 1 year experience in Customer Relationship management in an international environment
• Excellent GERMAN language knowledge, fluency in English
• MS office skills with strong knowledge of MS Excel
• Customer-oriented, pro-active and well organized person with ability to act quickly
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
