Job Description

Respond promptly and effectively to incoming customer calls, emails and chat.
Participate in and help with campaigns when required by management.
Ensure that more complex customer issues are followed up.
Proactively develop customer relationships by maintaining contact at an appropriate level.
Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of the customer’s experience.
Keep the website updated by submitting articles and offers when required by management.

Key Working Relationships:
• Be an active and positive team member
• Works closely with Management and other members of the customer service team.
• Work together with other departments.
• First point of contact for most customers – must act as an ambassador for the company.
Experience & Qualifications Required:
•
• Experience of using Microsoft Word, Excel and the Internet.
• Ideally will have experience and knowledge of the betting industry.
• A good knowledge of Poker and Casino and Bingo Games.
• Fluent spoken and written Spanish and English.
