A prestigious wholesaler/tour operator is looking for a Japanese speaking Operations Consultant to join their team.
You will be receiving general service orders on a daily basis, checking the itineraries and deciding which office should handle which service requested by the clients. Once confirmations are received you will need to check any rates and deal with any amendments and cancellations. You will be sending final details to the hotels such as Rooming Lists, Meal requirements and arrival times.
Candidates will ideally have previous travel industry experience within a tour operator along with good geographical knowledge. Must be fluent in Japanese.
