You would take responsibility for the full recruitment cycle: from the sales to the delivery stage offering superb customer service with ongoing account management responsibilities.
You would be given the opportunity to build and develop your own desk into key accounts.

You need to have…
•Ideally previous recruitment experience
•Strong sales ability
•Ability to prioritise
•An honest, ethical and team based approach
•Confidence and a hunger to make a difference
•Flexible approach
•Optimism and good humour under pressure!
•Fluency in another language would be a distinct advantage
Rewards:
•Base Salary £18,000 - £24,000 neg ae
•Profit Share Scheme resulting in high and achievable OTE – uncapped!
